Legal disclaimer
The pages on this site give general information about workplace law. They aren't legal advice for your situation, and the law changes. A lawyer has to hear the facts before saying what applies to you.
No attorney-client relationship yet
Visiting this site, calling, emailing or sending the contact form doesn't make you a client of Zavala & Dizon. That begins only when you and the firm both sign a written agreement. Until then, we may not be able to keep what you tell us confidential, and we may have to decline a case if another client's interests conflict.
Past results
Comments and stories on this site describe individual cases. Every case turns on its own facts and the law, and a past result doesn't guarantee or predict the result of yours.
Deadlines
Claims about work often have short filing deadlines. Waiting to hear from us doesn't stop the clock. If you are close to a deadline, say so in your first message and call the office.
Confidential information
Please don't send confidential or urgent details through the contact form or by email before we've agreed to work together. Call the office instead.
